Help and Support Not Searchable

I get 0 results when I search "Help and Support." I upgraded from Vista to 7 (64 bit) a few weeks ago and I just noticed this problem. Since I don't use Help and Support very often so I don't know if the problem occurred with the upgrade or later.

The search results also say, "You're not connected to online Help..."

I've tried obvious searches such as "printers," "control panel," etc and I still get zero results.

When you first click the search icon you should get a small window. Down the bottom right corner, click the down arrow and choose Online support.

Barefoot Kid & mitchell65: I only added the note about not connected because I thought it might help in troubleshooting. My main point is that I get zero results locally. If I can get that fixed, then I'll worry about the online part.

Barefoot Kid, I am online and connected. I don't get the Window you get, just "0 results" after I enter any term in the Help and Support search box. BTW, the other links on Help and Support work and I can get to any subject by browsing help topics.

mitchell65, I don't get a small window, just "0 results" and some notes telling me that I am not connected. But I am connected.
