I get 0 results when I search "Help and Support." I upgraded from Vista to 7 (64 bit) a few weeks ago and I just noticed this problem. Since I don't use Help and Support very often so I don't know if the problem occurred with the upgrade or later.
The search results also say, "You're not connected to online Help..."
I've tried obvious searches such as "printers," "control panel," etc and I still get zero results.
