help badly needed to get my serials or txt file back

hi guys i got sandboxie and spyshelter preminum the key was on a text file that somehow got deleted not even recuver can find the key or system restore doesnt show the lost txt file back up tried jellybean keyfinder but it only found my windows 7 key?? what is my options now then?? i sent a email to the help email but they are asking for my id transcation please help thank to recover my lost serials or my lost txt file!!!

Only chance I can think of is the 3rd party that organised the payment, your bank or paypal may have proof of the transaction, also check your email for any email confirmation, a lot of sellers will confirm transactions

Do you have any system image backups? If so mount them and look for the file.

On a 64 bit machine you'd need PuranFileRecoveryX64.zip

Then you'd need to extract the files from the archive before launching the executable.

If that doesn't work then you must have other problems or else security software blocked the file.
