Help! Black screen on boot up...

I have windows 7 Home Premium 32bit Edition.
When i boot up my laptop all i can do is move the cursor, the screen is black and unresponsive... will only boot up in safe mode.

Tried running SFC /SCAN NOW in command prompt.

"Windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them"
I also receive a similar message when trying to run DSKCHK...

I've got alot of work that needs completing and I've tried almost everything!

I'm not sure were to attach CBS.log file...

any help would be greatly appreciated

Make sure your graphics card and drivers are up to date
Run antivirus scan
Download and run malwarebytes, full scan after updating.
You may need a repair install, but follow above, first.
