HELP! Blue Screen

Hi Everyone,
last night I began installing a game, which prompted me to install 'Visual C++ Redistributable' and 'DirectX SDK Redistributable'. The visual c++ installed fine, and I then initiated the install on the Directx SDK Redistributable and went to watch a movie. I returned 3 hours later to find my computer shutdown. Lack of power was not the cause as it was hooked up to the charger. I preceeded to boot up my computer. When I logged on an windows problem was reported - Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown. I later checked my errors reports and was met with these 2 unexpected shutdown messages.

After looking in my computer's problem archives I also found this, which was said to occur at the same time as the initial shutdown.

Can someone please shed some light on what is wrong with my computer. It is less than a week old. Is there anything to worry about?
