H2SO4 has a gut feeling that this is hardware. You've cited a number of STOP 0x1A MEMORY_MANAGEMENT errors. I'd say it was reasonable to perform a memory diagnostic on the system. Here's a free one: Memory Diagnostics

Run the test for a minimum of 3 passes (but overnight is usually better). If it starts spitting out errors on you - you can stop the test and start testing the RAM modules individually.

Ok, so I'm back on XP, got bsods again, but now their all similiar, I tried taking out the ram, and reinserted it back, (I think maybe it was loose, because the bsods have become more focuses and less) I seem to just get VERY similiar ones now.
Here ya go:

This time I only got 3 bsods since clean install this morning, pretty randomly, and they were pretty much the same bsods from the clean install, to with software added....I think one was corrupted pool of something, and one was some kind of kernel driver fault....seem to be having driver problems now I believe, so I think things have changed? But still pretty much unusuable due to the bsods, for anything besides lite web surfing
Also I ran memory test with no errors=/

I would update your Intel video driver from the Intel Download Center http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx

I would run CHKDSK /R from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt

I would run a bootable hard drive diagnostic (info on that here: HD Diagnostic )

If you get further BSOD's, then I'd suggest running Driver Verifier - but don't do it until I've had a chance to post instructions.
