My host OS is Windows 7 RTM 64-bit. I can't install Cisco VPN client because it can only installed on 32-bit system. I am running Windows XP 32-bit as a
guest OS on Virtual PC and install the VPN client on the guest OS. Both host and guest can connect to internet before establish the Cisco VPN. After I connect the Cisco VPN on guest OS, the guest OS can't connect to internet but the host can. After disconnect the VPN, everything works fine.

On the Virtual PC, the connection of network is "Shared Networking(NAT)". I also turn off the firewall.

Can someone out there please help me. I have spent hours trying to get
this working. Thanks.

I have similar problem, Cisco decided not to do a 64bit vpn client so until our IT dept upgrade the work ASAs to a firmware that the new 64bit compatible Cisco client software can talk to, I have a 32bit XP machine in VMware Virtual Server.
It all just seemed to work, I set the connection to Bridged (guest using host connection) and I was away.
