Help!Can't Login After Applying Custom Themes

Hi,I Have A Big Problem.

If A Apply A 3rd Party Theme,Then When I Open The Computer Next Time,The Normal Welcome Screen.

But When It Login In My Account,The Cursor Will Appear But After 2-3 Seconds,It Takes Me Out Of My Account Like I Am Switching User.Any Help Will Be Hugely Appreciated.

This issue is usually caused by a poorly authored theme.
The only way I know of to stop this from happening is to delete the offending 3rd party theme.

To login, start you PC in safe mode.
If the theme is a ThemePack, Copy/Paste or type this command in the search under the start button.
%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes
Delete the offending theme.

Otherwise, browse to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
Delete the offending theme.
