Hello,

I just got a new HP laptop with windows 7 home premium. I am having trouble logging on to certain sites. So far MailChimp.com and iStockphoto are giving me problems. With Mailchimp, when I put in my user name and password, the page just reloads. It does not let me log in. With iStockphoto, it says my username/password are wrong, which it is not, and when I went to reset it, it says there is an error. I can get into both sites just fine on any other computer.

Any suggestions? I already tried to clear cookies and cache and take firewall off to see if it was any of those problems.

Thanks :)

Hi Kpoison and welcome to SF

Did you try a different browser? The Symptoms look like you need to enable JavaScript for those sites

(PS: it can't be a Firewall issue or you wouldn't even get to those sites in the first place, so better turn it back on ;)
