Help! Can't use Korean Speech Recognize in Windows 7

My windows is win7 unlimited version.
I installed Korean Languages Packs in Install & Uninstall Languages.

In "Select the display languages you want to uninstall windows tab" I saw Korean MUI 228M was installed

But in "Speech Properties" in "Languages menu" . I can't find speech recongnized 8.0 (korean) . That's reason I couldn't command by Korean voice.
I tried install Janpaness languages pack, it work is Ok.

Can you solve this ? How can i command computer by korean voice.

According to Set up Speech Recognition - Microsoft Windows Help

Speech Recognition is available only in English, French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
