Help! I want to completely recover my computer however whenever I wish to go into the recovery menu it will show this

FILE: Clfs.sys

Error: 0xc0000098

This file is either missing or corrupted

Can anyone help me with this? Will a recovery disk for windows 7 work and help solve this problem? The link to it is provided below

DOWNLOAD: Windows 7 or Vista Repair Disc 32-bit/64-bit ISO Images

I really want to put my computer back to factory settings but this error is stopping me from doing so! Help anyone!?
Edit: I used the recovery disk and it has now made my computer non-bootable as it will not say "Missing operating system". Can anyone suggest on what I should do from here?
