[HELP] Computer Restarts

Hi, I am writing this after booting in "Safe mode with Networking". I am unable to load windows normally. As soon as the user login screen appears, the computer restarts. Please help!

Windows 7 Ultimate (32bit)
boot into recovery mode and run start up repair, it may take a few runs before the problem is sorted.
