If you can't configure your modem/router/gateway password then call your provider to do it for you. They get paid monthly to help with these things.
You don't seem to get that there is a series of steps in the Troubleshooting tutorial that must be worked through to get Win7 started. I just reiterated that above yet you asked again afterwards why it won't start after you cleaned up some viruses.
Please pay attention:
Infection may have damaged Win7 so it requires repeated disinfecting until you are sure it is clean, then continuiing with the repair steps in order until it starts or you arrive at the option to rescue your files and run Recovery or Clean Reinstall.
