Solved Help: computer won't REstart ...

When I have to or want to launch a REBOOT after installing a new prog or some Win7 updates my computer just closes down Win7 as normal, but then locks on 'black screen' instead of restarting... The only solution is to perform a 'hard' computer setoff and then to restart again my computer; Win7 than comes on again normally without any error message ! ...
PLEASE what can I do ? this is really very annoying, and I even cannot reinstall Win7, because on every automated reboot during the install the computer 'hangs' !!!

my problems have been solved by just REINSTALLING the latest Intel Chipset Drivers...

Sorry man, I was completely wrong ... the problem is still there; I managed just 1 time to restart my PC normally but afterwards nothing anymore and now I am in big trouble because I can't even try a corrective reinstall as the PC hangs at the first aut restart !!!

can you give me some help ?
