Usually, the SATA ports start with 0, not 1. Is there a "Port 0"? Check the motherboard documentation. Plug the SSD drive into the SATA 0 port if you have one otherwise plug the SSD into Port 1.

There is an "eSata" port on the case. The SATA cable you have needs to be connected to the eSATA port if there is one on the motherboard.

You should use the "HD Audio" connection for the front panel audio (headphone and mic). The HD is for modern motherboards and systems and provides some jack sensing that the old AC97 does not have. Usually the audio connection is in the lower left of the motherboard. Your motherboard documentation will show where its at, but looking at the picture of the motherboard that appears to be on the lower left of the motherboard.

Along with the other front panel connections (power switch, light, etc) you should also have a USB 2.0 connection that connects to a USB 2.0 header (jack) on the motherboard. It is most likely on the lower edge of the motherboard.
