help connection problems

my laptop will connect to my hotspot but i get the yellow triangle over me network bars and troubleshooter says the connection between my access point and internet is broken so will someone plz tell me how to unbreak it

running windows 7 home premium 64 bit

login to your router from another computer, change a few wireless basic settings.


A) Wireless Channel- change it to Europe
B) Change the wireless encryption to maybe WPA-PSK or something else that you have not used before.
C) change the SSID

If you don't know how to login to you router. go to the computer the internet works, and check the Default Gateway.
write in your browser.
normally the username is admin and password is admin
sometimes it is username admin and password is password.
