(Help) Custom Windows iso - After Installation Default Timezone

Hi all.
I customized msdn iso. I can latest updates, a few settings, registry files.
All ok. But, I cant change default timezone after installation. I search a few site but, I couldn't find.

Always default UTC2-Atina. How do I change default timezone?

After installation timezone list. full updated windows7.
Default timezone is gmt-2. How do I change default timezone GMT3, GMT4 or any GMT

DISM++ can change region settings on any installed non live operating system. It can also change them on a mounted wim image.

Was going to suggest the same. A most useful tool.
A note of caution: the UAC control under System Optimiser may not work properly.
