Help delete AppData folder

I apologize if it was my subject in the wrong section

I discovered a folder with very large files, some say it is official, some say no, and I don't know what to do

Folder path::

C: \ Users \ 0001 \ AppData \ Local \ SquirrelTemp \

Notice that the files are large

1. (WhatsApp.exe) Size: 84.2 MB

2. (squirrel.exe) Size: 1.85 MB

Total folder size: 174 MB

Are these viruses or not, and if you delete them harm the Windows system or not

Never seen that folder/file on W7 -- W10 yes, its an MS library

run the inbuilt disk cleaner tool, if that does not remove then

suggest you back up your data first - then delete it manually
