I have tried multiple times in order to restore it as well as repair the problem using the disk but nothing is working i am trying to fix my computer without having to lose any of my data all of which is very important to me.

Hi eclipsez and welcome to SF!.
There is not much to go on. It appears you ran into an error that occasionally occurred on Windows Vista installations and was resolved with Service pack 1.
Did you update your Vista to the latest Service pack?
The error apparently boils down to a defective Win32k.sys

You could try to use this procedure (which will not affect your data):
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

In any case you should back up your important data on a regular base, independent from problems you might have with a computer
I recommend this free program:
Macrium Reflect FREE Edition - Information and download
-DG
