You should not do this, a 32-bit OS is unable to run 64-bit applications, use a Windows 7 DVD and do a system restore

Use a Windows 7 DVD then boot from it and select 'Repair' and 'system restore'

You need to access your PC's boot menu or go into the BIOS and set it to boot from the DVD drive. Then your PC will boot from the Windows 7 DVD instead of your hard drive. Once you do that you will get the options mentioned above.
