Hello all, I am having a devil of a time finding fairly inexpensive greeting card and general print shop type software that will work with windows 7 home premium. I have tried a couple of programs (the print shop 2.3 and 3. for one and a couple of downloads that did not work). All say "incompatible programs" even when I try to run in compatability mode. If someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Yes, I know that. I checked it out before buying it, I bought the Print Shop 2.3 and then 3.0 after reading reviews from people that used them on windows 7. I am pretty sure that Encore publishing is not the original publisher. Maybe they cheapened it up or something.

I would still like to try something inexpensive from a different Publisher and see what hapeens. Maybe even shareware or freeware, just to see.

Too bad.

The only software I've ever used was an "American Greetings" program that was part of an HP photo card package. Unfortunately, I bought it in 2005, and I doubt that it has been updated for Windows 7 (2009). There must be something out there, as Win7 has been out for three and a half years.

I tried the serif program from the above and I got it installed but everytime I start it it asks me to register the program which I have done twice already. Problem is it will not let me start the program but says I have to register again and then closes the program when I do.

I GIVE UP! This is getting ridiculous!
