Help fixing windows shell!!!

Hi all, I've been using the Lucid.msstyle for a while now and i've just learnt from a user on Deviantart that there is a problem:

and I have tried everything to find and remove the error/bug. If anyone knows how to do this, please tell me as I've remade the theme and it is still apparent and so far hundreds of people have been using it!

That's a problem? Geez, people must have the most remarkably stress free lives if they really think that's worth worrying about it!

If you have literally tried everything I would suggest that this is a system artifact that may never be solved. It looks however like you may have a stray graphic or an incorrectly measured border somewhere so I'm afraid the only answer is to go through the style line by line (starting with the most likely candidates obviously) until you find it. Given that that's likely to be an extremely long and tedious process I'd go for the standard answer myself: it's not an error, it's a feature!
