My Computer

Computer Manufacturer/Model Number
MSI Gx700
OS
Windows 7 Professional x64
CPU
Intel Core 2 Duo T8300 @2.40Ghz, 2394 Mhz, 2 Cores, 2 Logi..
Memory
4 Gigs
Graphics Card(s)
Nvidia GeForce 8600M GT
Uninstall PunkBuster, it's malfunctioning. I'd suggest NOT reinstalling it UNTIL we're finished troubleshooting

Go to Device Manager and expand the Network Adapters category (if it's not already expanded).
Right click on each instance of the following devices and select "Uninstall" (they are malfunctioning)
- Teredo
- ISATAP
- 6to4
- unknown

These devices will come back when you reboot if they are needed. If not needed, then they won't come back.

Drivers are not installed for your Mass Storage Controller. Visit the MSI download site and download Win7 drivers for your O2Micro Media Card Reader.

Only 1 memory dump is in the uploaded files. MSINFO32 shows 12 memory dump events from March to the present (have you cleaned the system with tools such as CCleaner?). In short, there may be other issues after we fix this one (TV Card drivers are suspect)

This memory dump blames sbapifs.sys - a Sunbelt ActiveProtection Filter part of VIPRE/CounterSpy from Sunbelt Software (may be a part of Lavasoft protection also). Please uninstall the program, then use the free uninstaller on this page to remove any remnants ( Antivirus Uninstallers )

It is possible that the following older drivers may be causing your problems.
Please either REMOVE or Update the older drivers listed below.
HOW TO FIND DRIVERS:
DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Driver function of Device Manager as they are not the most current versions available.
Also, DO NOT update from the PC Manufacturer's website unless the Driver Reference cited below states that you should get the drivers from the OEM.

The most common drivers are located on this page: Driver Reference
If you can't find the driver, post back and we'll see what we can find.

Here's the older drivers that were found in the memory dump files:
