Help! FN keys not working on my Vaio VGN-Z36GD/J

Hi I am new to Windows 7, I just upgraded my Windows Vista Business x64 to Windows 7 Professional x64

I have problems on my keyboard shortcuts the "FN" keys. Its not working anymore.

I tried the this option and it did not work:
Run: Msconfig
Startup: and i cant find the "HKserv or HKserve.exe"

and i also tried:

Run: services.msc
Services (Local): i cant find the "Vaio Event Service"

any ideas what should i do?
