Yes you can install with a disc, but do you have an activation key ?

Also just how long ago did you upgrade to win-10
The built in roll back is only good for 30 days I believe then it's deleted or over written
I don't believe the system restore or rolling back is very good anyway
You should of created a system restore image of the previous install on a totally separate hdd first before upgrading
