can i see my security question and answer while logged in .iam using gmail.i have forgot what i gave the answer for the security purpose.i want to retrieve the answer what i mentioned at the time of filling up the form.plzzzzzzzzz

cant do it. It is a security question that you need the answer to, to prove it is you. You will have to contact gmail to reset it.

If you are logged into gmail left click on setting (up the top)
left click on Accounts and settings
Left click on change account settings (at the bottom)
You can then change password and password setting from there.

+1 The setting you want there is Change password recovery options, that will show the security question, but not your answer.
