Help having this bsod to long now

Having this bsod for few weeks now, tried fixing it but that was unsuccessful, hope you'll help me.
I use Windows 7 ultimate x64 didn't tried reinstalling
Hardware:
Processor Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E6500 @ 2.93GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.9GHz
Memory 4096MB RAM
Video Card ATI Radeon HD 5800 Series

It seems that your Arctosa keyboard drivers are the cause.

Uninstall your current drivers, and install the latest ones from here: Razer Support

If that doesn't help, uninstall all Razer/Arctosa software and drivers, and then reboot. Let Windows automatically install generic drivers for your keyboard, and use those.
