HELP!!!! Hotel Giant Crashes:Game Crashes to when creating new game

OK When Ever I go start hotel giant but it Won't Let Me Create a new game
whenever i tried to do it it says HT has Stopped Working so please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this is not fair
first it said that hotel giant that it stopped working please help me this not fair
