If you would, please run
http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html it can take a few minutes, so give it time and upload the entire file. also,
Please fill out your System Specs

   Information
Your System Specs will help us to help you, and doing it in this manner will make them available to all helpers in every post and keep us from hunting for them. We ask that you fill them out in as much detail as possible including Desktop or Laptop, Model number if it is an OEM computer and all components with the Manufacturer and Model number if possible.

If you will go to your last post and click the 'System Specs' in the bottom left of the post, you will find a link to update your system specs. Please fill those out in as much detail as possible, making sure to click save at the bottom of the page. If you would like to know what we would like, you can click 'My System Specs' at the bottom left of this post to see mine. If you do not know what your components are, this will help you accomplish this task. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html

If you are using Ready boost, disable it. It does very little good in the majority of cases anyway. Most of the problems I see are with Windows updates. Please run Windows update and check for more, until it says there are no more.

Please open a elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

what I found was:

Max, almost all those folders are empty. It takes a few minutes to run. Just let it run until it is completed. If you ran option 1, use option 2 and press the Grab All button and upload the unaltered here Please.

I've never seen anybody have trouble running either one. They are both basically the same thing, just slightly different. Did you run the sfc /scannow I asked you to run in post #4? Also, when you changed motherboards, did you do a clean install?

Please turn Windows update to Install updates automatically. Go to Windows Updates, in the left column click change settings, in the dropdown box choose install updates automatically. Install the updates, click check for updates until there are no more.

Open a elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

Please click this and download it to your Desktop

It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.
Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums

Right click the file, select properties and if there is an 'Unblock" button at the bottom, click that. Turn off your Anti Virus and Firewall for a few minutes then run the file again and upload the results. Then turn the firewall and anti virus back on.

Perform all these actions in the order I gave them. Let me know the results for each one.

Before running the sfc /scannow, go to your Motherboard's web site ( A780LB :: Motherboard :: BIOSTAR ) download and install the Chipset driver, the Lan driver and if you are using wireless , find and install the latest Wi-Fi Driver.

And when you run the DM Log, right click it and select 'Run as Administrator".
