Help :I have a problem with my screen recording software in my low PC

Hi everyone

I want to record a video from internet but the problem is when I record with Bandicam there is a lag in the video on Ustream.tv and other sites . I want a screen recording software (free or not) without any lag problem and low file size like 3-4 mbs/1 minute and If I must change the settings please show me how to do ?

my computer capacities :

Ram : 2 gb

processor : Pentium(R) Dual Core CPU T4300 2.10 GHz

System : 32-bit OS

Graphic card : Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family
