Solved Help in port forwarding (uTorrent)

ok, im using utorrent for almost 2 month. but lately my download speed in utorrent was just around 10kB/s . before that, my speed was always at 100 kB/s which is my usual download speed. then i tested my port and it says "Port not forwarded(but you can still download)" .

what is a port and how to forward it?
