Help!!! Internet not working after I restore windows 7 on my computer

So I was trying to figure out how to remove bearshare as my searching engine , and someone taught me to go to regedit >hkey_user_....>software , and delete on sofeware, so I did , and then everything's gone, ie , Firefox , nothing's working . So I restore windows 7 to my computer , but after I restored it, my computer can't detect any Internet connections anymore, I tried the trouble shooting , it says it doesn't detect any problem!
My iPhone works fine with Internet which I believe it's my software problem! I google online with my iPhone, but do far I cannot find any helpful info!
Someone did say if it happened after windows 7 restored , it might be lack of software ...
I don't know what to do!
There's also another problem , before when I use fn key or numlock key or caps locks key, there is always an icon showed up when I press those keys , like caps lock on/off... But now it shows nothing , I though it's not working but it does work just no more icons show! I don't know what happened and what to do

Click on Start then Run or press Window key (next to left Ctrl key) +R and paste the following into the Run box, exactly as shown, including double quotes:

cmd /c "ipconfig /all > postme.txt & ping yahoo.com >> postme.txt & notepad postme.txt & del postme.txt"

and press ENTER.

A file will open in Notepad. Please copy and paste the contents here. Close the Notepad window and the file will be deleted and the Command Prompt window will also close.

If you backed up your Registry before fiddling with it then please restore the back-up. That should bring everything back.

Otherwise try restoring the computer to a point in time before you fiddled with the Registry.

If that doesn't work then do a clean reinstall of Windows. That should put you back in business.

And please remember for the future not to fiddle with the Registry, without taking a back-up and without knowing what you are doing.

I'm sorry can you please teach me step by step?? I don't quite understand what those options are and I just realize I lost everything in my computer even the graphic card , I try to run my the sims 3 but it says the device 0 can't run this title because no supported video graphic card detected please check my system hardware!!
What's going on with my computer !

I did the back ups with the file I had before and the back ups I had are only for files , is that right!? But still nothing changed and I think I just realized what I did to my computer I erased everything including all the drivers off! So now my computer basically has nothing functional and I can't connect to Internet so I can't really go to the website and find all the drivers I need!!

First of all please don't panic. Your computer shall be up and running shortly.

Have you the Windows 7 Installation DVD with you? If yes then read at http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1649-clean-install-windows-7-a.html.

This is an excellent tutorial by Brink that shall teach you how to do a clean install of Windows 7.

I don't know which partition I should choose, i chooses partition 1 : system but it doesn't let me so should I choose partition 2? Which I think this is disk c , and I don't understand what step 8 want me to do in the advanced part? Thx

I just finished the clean restore windows 7 , I don't have step 13 and 14 to ask me to enter the product key , but I still can't detect any Internet on my computer!! Same problem!!!

And I guess because no Internet detected that's why the windows cannot finish the step of installing new updates and the drivers for my computer !! So Internet problem it is!!!

Nothing to get too much worried about. It often happens that Network Drivers do not get installed during Setup. However your Samsung Installation DVD should have had the Drivers to connect to the Net.

Firstly are you connecting via the the Ethernet or by WiFi? Please open the Device Manager (Control Panel\All Control Panel Items and then Click on Device Manager). If you can then please upload its screen-shot but if you cannot do it then please inform how many unknown/uninstalled devices do you see there. The Devices that are not installed would have a yellow background exclamation mark or may be a question mark and they shall be open. Please see a screen-shot of my Device Manager.

As you can see all my devices are spot-on but I have opened the Network Adapter for you to see. Please particularly advise the status of any Network Adapters. If the Network Adapters are not installed then we shall first try to install from the Installation DVD, otherwise we shall connect to the Net and download it from the Samsung Website.

Ok I try to take a shot with my iPhone and upload it . And I'm using wifi , but my computer can't detect any Internet at all and trouble shooting can't find any problem!
I have only one cd from Samsung , I have a samsung 300v5a, and the cd seems only carry system recovery media but no drivers !

I tried to update driver sofeware but I can't connect to my Internet and have no driver in my computer , and I'm not sure if I disk has the driver files since it says it's only a recovery disk! And I did it by the stupid way to search the driver files from disk e( I put the recovery disk in) and it says it can't find any driver from the disk !! This is how my disk look like!
