help me fix my bluescreen

hello guys
im new on this forum

i have a big problem with my comp...im using windows7 ultimate (its org)
this is description of my situation :
my comp start lagging when i play games or even go to facebook...and after a while it restarts and shows bluescreen...and then shows me this

Follow this article and post us the results http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/66913-sf-diagnostic-tool.html. When you run the Tool make sure you right click and Run as administrator.

Also, run an elevated command prompt and use the following command sfc/ scannow

Have you followed the suggestions in the 124 fix given to you? I just re analyzed your DMP's yet again and it is hardware. Have you tested your ram with memtestx86?

Have you run a chkdsk to test your HD?

Let us know what you have done so we can suggest alternatives.

Also if you are overclocking STOP.

yes i tested my HD with command and nothing founded..
atm im at work...tomorow ill buy cds and test memory...ill keep you guys informed
