Filling out system spec's would be a big help.....but minus that update your drivers, make sure you have enough Power supply for your card....Clean out the dust monsters in the case...make sure all fans are running....

I had this issue with mine a few days back. I left my computer on accidentally for like five days straight and overheated the graphics card. Left it off for a day, and I haven't had a recurrence.
