I want to transfer my Partition's status (System and Active) to another partition
Could some body help me ?

I want to transfer my (Active and System) status to my Windows 7 partition so please HELP me !

Here is a couple of tutorials you can follow. But since I don't know what you are really doing I don't know if they fit the problem.

Once you mark Active Win7 partition, run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105541-startup-repair-run-3-separate-times.html until Win7 boots on its own and wears the System Active boot labels.

You can then delete the Win8 partition or add it if necessary to a Dual Boot menu using EasyBCD.
