We have nothing to go on except a screenshot showing odd listings in the Start Menu. If you're infected then install and run a full scan with Malwarebytes, in Safe Mode if necessary. If that won't run then you may need to do a boot scan by downloading and burning to CD Windows Defender Offline to boot and run a full scan. Alternatives are here: FREE Bootable AntiVirus Rescue CDs Download List Once it's cleaned up run the tests in the link from Jonathan above, report back.
