Help me identify what wifi device this is

I got me a router today. Setup went pretty smooth for a guy who is half retarded with computers, but I got this network device under my wifi access and I dont know what its for. Is that just my homegroup network? My printer? I have a HP desktop and HP wifi printer but Im using the printer with a USB cable. Wondering why its showing up, and if it can be removed from the list as recognized devices. Wanna make sure its not a security issue and neighbors cant connect to my network thru that.

I also have another question if anybody has a cisco linkskys router... the software says I have 8 devices connected to my router. But I don't see how theres 8 devices connected. How do I find out what devices are connected to my computer? the router advanced settings only shows my phone and pc in the dhcp client table as being the only thing thats had access to the router.
