Ok done..i have uninstalled my daemon tools together with the sptd.sys just like what you adviced..

Now i'm hoping everything gonna be fine..let see..

i had followed all above..but all the test were passed.. i ran the memtest86 overnight and still no sign of error..

same goes with hd test..5 passes without any error found..

but still today..a new bsod occured..wondering what is the cause..please help..

Try this free video stress test: FurMark: Graphics Card Stability and Stress Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net

FurMark Setup:
- If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
- In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature"
Click "Go" to start the test
- Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
- Click "Quit" to exit

Try this free stress test: Free Software - GIMPS

Prime95 Setup:
- extract the contents of the zip file to a location of your choice
- double click on the executable file
- select "Just stress testing"
- select the "Blend" test. If you've already run MemTest overnight you may want to run the "Small FFTs" test instead.
- "Number of torture test threads to run" should equal the number of CPU's times 2 (if you're using hyperthreading).
The easiest way to figure this out is to go to Task Manager...Performance tab - and see the number of boxes under CPU Usage History
Then run the test for 6 to 24 hours - or until you get errors (whichever comes first).
This won't necessarily crash the system - but check the output in the test window for errors.
The Test selection box and the stress.txt file describes what components that the program stresses.

If the Furmark test fails, then I'd suspect that you have a bad video card in your netbook. If it's still under warranty please take/send it to the service center for repairs.

i ran both test and both were passed..somehow i still wonder whether this problem caused by the driver itself or hardware issues..

Have you updated newest BIOS update from your computer manufacture's website? If I were you, at some point, when problems keep chasing me, I would do clean install (doesn't hurt to try) eventhough Usasma, Ken, JK have given you great suggestions

Good idea ttran! A clean install will rule out software problems. Be sure to update all drivers and to install all critical Windows Updates - but don't add any 3rd party programs. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus while testing this way.

If the BSOD's continue - then it's definitely a hardware problem.
