Help Me please Speakers

I have a Realtek speakers I do not know the model I downloaded the drivers and update its software through Driver Genius After downloaded and installed the drivers I hear the sound of metal / static like ..
No matter where I listen to music through FireFox or Media Player ..

How to solve the problem?

Company resolved the problem thanks to everyone!
The problem was I had to update the drivers through Driver Genius software just did not press before the updates and then I adjusted current driver.
