Hello all , i am sorry from my bad English , it's just because i am not from english talking country , i am from Latvia and i am only 16 yrs old and another one sorry for posting this in wrong section i guess , it's because i don't know where to ask this one.
I had a problem with my Win 7 password remembering , so i entered this forum for help.
I saw this kind of topics , and they where sending me to this page and yeah now starts the problem , when i am using the method three i stuck in place where my computer asks me to write the path to the windows registry , i am not weary smart to computers , so can anybody help me with this ?
And after this question is there gonna be another hard questions ? If the answer is yes , then write the answers to them too , that would be awesome !

Thank you for your link , but is this gonna work if i can't use that locked computer i am using my brothers computer now .
If i am understanding everything right , then i just create that cd from this computer , and put it in that computer , set trough bios that he reads disc fist and then my password will reset or what ?

Basically you will need to use another computer, such as the one you are using to type your questions. Then you can download the ntpasswd (the same would apply to other solutions in that thread) and burn it to a blank CD. Then boot your locked computer from this CD, run ntpasswd and follow instructions. Their website is full of helpful information as well. If your computer does not boot from CD's automatically, then you'll have to go into BIOS and select the optical drive as the primary boot device.

What this program does, it simply overwrites the encoded password file. The simplest thing is to replace your forgotten password with a blank - i.e. after this you will not need to type anything into your login window, just go ahead and press return there.

This has worked for me in the past. As the program seems to be compatible with Windows 7 now, it should solve your problem, but please tell us about your results.
