Help me please

Can anyone can help me with this dmp files ??? i have a strange problem with my pc. Every time i turn on the computer i receive the blue screen but if i force it to shut down , then the next time i turn it on the system works. If the coputer is off for at least two hours when i tun it back on i get the same problem.

Also when i installed the system (windows 7 64b) i receive on the expanding files step this error : "Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the application. Error code: 0x80070017". But i tried for several times until it worked.

My system : intel i3 530
asus p7h55-m
corsair 4 Gb 1333 Mhz

My first guess is that SPTD is causing the issue. Remove Daemon Tools or a similar program and then remove SPTD with this tool: http://www.duplexsecure.com/download/SPTDinst-v174-x64.exe

Also install these NIC drivers: Realtek
