Mmmm video driver crash.

Only thing to do is to make sure you are using the latest driver for your specific video card. The fact that is says "Display driver AMD" sort of sounds like a very generic driver is installed. Try going to the website for your card and DL the very latest driver for it...

Hello ElNaGGar, welcome to the 7 Forums,

It would be helpful if you could list what parts are in your system, specifically the video card your using. The problem may be an incompatibility of old hardware with Windows 7. Also, what drivers are you using, if any, and the version number.

Check their website for latest updates, also, there is a windows repair option using a repair disc that allows your Windows operating system check for hardware conflictions(repaired something for me a while back). Surely some of the people on these forums know more about what the problem is.

Of course, if you only saw the message once, that's all right, display drivers crash all the time and give that message. If it happens regularly, then you have an issue.

Go to your laptop manufacturers page for official drivers, and if you can't find any there, then to AMD's website.
