HELP Me! Using IE8, Had to Reboot PC Lost ALL files...

in my Favorites column.
　
Does anyone know how I can get them back? Is there a program I could download?

try this local disc c:>users>your name> favorites see if they are still in that folder then just transfer them back to IE8 or try a system restore prior to when the problem occured http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html

I got the files, but I need the webpages "saved" under those files.

You need to take the .html files from the favorites folder and put them back in Internet Explorer. That's all there is to it.
