Help! Movies gone.

Okay, so I was trying to organize my videos in Windows Media Play, and long story short they all got deleted. I went to the recycling bin to try to restore them and they were not in there! I tried to go to the backup and it's not showing any when I know there was one. I just want my videos back, any suggestion? D:
