Help needed asap!!!!

As title says peeps I'm in need of some help with my pc. Whats happening is:
I download say mozilla thunderbird, it downloads with no problems and saves to the selected folder with no problems either, then I click the file to open and install it. It starts installing then about 30% in it says FILE CORRUPT????.
PLEASE HELP ASAP

From what link you are downloading it? post the link. Do you face the same thing with other installation files as well?

Is this a first install of Thunderbird or an update? Where are you obtaining the download; ie, what site? What method of download are you using; ie, save to your computer or run from the download site?

The file may actually be corrupt, depending on the source, such as; removal media from a friend or colleague or a rogue site.

here is a copy of the link guys. this is a fresh install of thunderbird and yes it has happened with other programs????

Did you install any updates recently? If so try to perform a system restore and see if that help you or not.

Uninstall, then Download ccleaner, run cleaner, boot computer and then try to download.

thats it now. seemingly it was set to english us when i needed english uk lol
