Help needed, Can't find the line in option anywhere!

Hi Guys,

Needing some serious help here, got a samsung n110 netbook running windows 7, i've been trying for several frustrating hours to firstly find the line in and make it the default setting. I need to record some audio but it keeps recording through the MIC, i can't find any other option throughout the control panel,

can anyone help me?

On my PC, when I right click the sound icon on the taskbar,appears recording devices,and there is and line in option,right click that, set as default device...and couple of more options in that dialog window
