help needed....mac on vmware.....

i want to know something...
i have dell studio 1737 laptop and i love it....
once i tried to install mac OSX in vmware workstation software but it said,i dont have hardware acceleration...
my laptop has:
2.18ghz intel dual core
4gb DDR ram
vga is intel GMA 4500MHD

i guess this vga is low grade and does not have hardware acceleration..but i am not sure about it.
i just want to know,what is the possible solution to install OSX in vmware or any other virtual machine....or this hardware acceleration is important n needed to proceed...any solution....

It might be as simepl as a driver for the mac, and pc side. I am pretty sure your mac should support more than vga in any mode. How you would do that is another question. As this is a win 7 site I would suspect download the correct driver (which?) and install.
