Help needed with scrollbar

Can anyone help fix scrollbar jumping all over ?

Could you describe the problem in more detail?
When did this start happening?
Does it happen when you boot up or randomly?
What exactly happens? Does the scroll bar move by itself?
Etc etc

It just has a mind of its own when scrolling up or down and when on a page it makes page jump up and down

My advice: Call Ghostrusters. There's somethin' strange about your scroll.

Have you tried using scroll lock?
Other than that, have no idea how to solve this, sorry
