Help needed with sp1 installation

I have a laptop with win 7x64 with sp1 and a new desktop with win7x64 without sp1.is there any way to get installation file of sp1 from my laptop so ican install it on my desktop. I cant download sp1 with my data limit. Is there any way to make the installation file from my laptop

I am sorry to hear data limit is so constricting. You will also need to download the 250ish updates that were published after SP1, perhaps you can go to a Internet café if there are any in your area?
