Solved Help Needed with Wake on Lan Problem

Hi All
I currently run windows 7 64 bit, BT Infinity & The Homehub 3, and NIS 2012, at the moment i can wake my pc from sleep using my android phone and the home wifi, but i want to be able to do this from work using say a 3G signal from my phone

I have looked at port forwarding and I've added wake on lan as an application in the homehub port forwarding section, it says that Any protcol , port range 7 - 9.

But no matter what i try it will only work over wi-fi, Please can someone help as this is driving me nuts!!

Just to say this cant be done with the BT Homehub 3 according to the BT forums!
