Help needed!!!!!!!!!

I'm using internet explorer and Google chrome as my web browsers. When i tried to visit a website it doesn't load. But the packets are receiving. Other applications also doesn't work(skype, messenger, gtalk, etc). And when i right click on window explorer it becomes not responding. Please help me

I Would make sure that you have no Malware/Viruses by doing a virus scan and if that dosnt work i would do a system restore.

What were you doing before this started that might have caused it?

If you can pinpoint when it began, System Restore to before it.

Check the Event Viewer>Admin View for clues. Google repeat errors to see how others have solved them.

Your problem may caused by Malwares form websites you’ve visited. I think Google Chrome has showed the Malware detection warning before visiting this site.
